EVENT POLICIES: All parties or events MUST be scheduled with a contract. No events may take place on the property without the EXPLICIT permission of the ownership. Call us at 814-837-6522 or email kmi@kanemanorinn.com to begin planning your event. Gatherings with more than 4 non-overnight guests are considered parties/events and a commensurate charge will be applied. We do not rent the entire house as one entity (such as VRBO or a beach property), all rooms must be rented individually. Common space rooms must be reserved (via a contract) if used for an event. All house rules apply during parties/events. No outside catering permitted without consent of owners.
