Turn of the century charm with all of the modern amenities. All mansion rooms are located in the main Manor House and have air conditioning, cable television, high speed internet, hair dryers and private bathrooms, no smoking, no pets.

Cape Cod Room
One queen bed and one full bed, with cape cod type dormer windows and large en suite bathroom, AC, high speed internet and cable television. (Third floor.)
Guest House Rooms
LOCATED ACROSS the STREET, these are well appointed rooms with private baths, hair dryers, small refrigerator, microwaves, air conditioning and cable TV. All main house amenities apply, no smoking, no pets.. All suites are located in our guest house property across the street from the Manor house. NOTE: The names of these rooms have recently changed.
Allegheny Room

Lobo Room

Kinzua Room
Room has with one queen bed, high speed internet, cable television, full private en suite bath, AC. (Second floor)
Cornplanter Room
Spacious room with two double beds, high speed internet, cable television, full private en suite bath, AC. (First floor, private entrance)
Forest Suite Apartment
Apartment with one bedroom/bathroom, living area, kitchen, dining area and front porch. Please call 814-837-6522 to reserve this unit. Not available to book online.
Check In/Out Policies
- Check in anytime after 2pm. Check out is at 11am.
- Cancellation fee is $25 per room (not per night).
- Full refunds for cancellations are available up to 48h prior to check in time less the cancellation fee.
- No refunds for cancellations within 24h of check in (no exceptions).
- Cancellations must be done over the phone.
Additional Policies
- Rooms are serviced every third day.
- No smoking inside any of our properties. We have designated smoking areas outside.
- Damages/excessive cleaning will result in added charges.
- Kane Manor Inn reserves the right to not host disruptive or disrespectful individuals.
- Children must be in the company of an adult at all times.
