Guest House Rooms
LOCATED ACROSS the STREET, these are well appointed rooms with small refrigerator, microwaves, air conditioning and modern conveniences. All main house amenities apply, no smoking, no pets.. All suites are located in our guest house property across the street from the Manor house.
Montana Room

Laramie Room

Dakota Room

Forest Suite/ Apartment
Apartment with one bedroom/bathroom, living area, kitchen, dining area and front porch. Please call 814-837-6522 to reserve this unit. Not available to book online.
Check In/Out Policies
- Check in anytime after 2pm. Check out is at 1100 am.
- Cancellation fee is $25 per room reserved.
- Full refunds for cancellations are available up to 48h prior to check in time less the cancellation fee.
- No refunds for cancellations within 24h of check in (no exceptions).
- Cancellations must be done over the phone.
Additional Policies
- Rooms are serviced every third day.
- No smoking inside any of our properties, There are designated smoking areas outside.
- Please let us know about dietary restrictions or allergies.
